Responsibilities
- Define and champion KOHO's multichannel creative vision across campaigns, product storytelling, content, events, and social
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary creative team, including art directors, designers, copywriters, and producers
- Act as a "player/coach" by conceptualizing and creating key pieces when required
- Set the creative standard for all work, providing direction across art and copy
- Oversee photo and video shoots, freelance talent, and agency partners
- Build systems, processes, and review structures to enable high-quality creative output at scale
- Partner with Growth, Lifecycle, and Product Marketing leaders to connect creative excellence with business impact
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience leading creative teams in fast-paced environments
- A portfolio demonstrating conceptual range across both copy and art direction
- Deep expertise in copywriting, advertising, campaigns, content, and production
- Experience directing video, motion, and digital integrated campaign work
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and develop talent
- Strong organizational and operational skills for resource allocation and team structuring
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Active utilization of AI in the creative process
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working across the full marketing stack
- Ability to collaborate closely with product design for brand consistency
- A strong point of view on culture, storytelling, and brand building
