Head of Creative, Business

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the brand and creative vision for OpenAI Business across campaigns, launches, customer stories, events, and digital channels
• Build creative systems that make OpenAI’s business story clear, distinct, and unmistakably OpenAI
• Translate complex AI products and technical capabilities into creative work for business and technical audiences
• Partner with Product Marketing, Communications, Events, Sales, and Research to create connected narratives
• Set the creative bar across writing, design, storytelling, film, experiential, and digital work
• Build and lead a high-performing team of writers, designers, creative directors, and producers
• Integrate AI tools deeply into the creative process from concepting to production
• Serve as a creative advisor to senior leadership regarding market presence

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience leading brand, creative, or multidisciplinary marketing teams
• Strong portfolio covering brand platforms, campaigns, product storytelling, and digital experiences
• Experience building brands for complex technology, AI, cloud, or infrastructure companies
• Proven ability to build creative teams, systems, and agency models at scale
• Real fluency with AI tools and workflows to improve creative quality and speed
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead through influence in high-visibility environments
