About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth for Admin Services in the UK by leading commercial strategy and product positioning
- Own revenue forecasting and partner with Finance to track financial projections and identify risks
- Analyze member behavior and subscription cohort performance to provide actionable product recommendations
- Partner with Product teams to shape roadmaps and deliver successful GTM strategies for new features
- Lead commercial research and competitor intelligence to strengthen Tide's value proposition
- Manage and coach a small team of product owners within the Admin Services area
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations to deliver high-impact omni-channel campaigns
Requirements
- 7+ years of commercial leadership experience, ideally driving "always on" activity in fintech or admin services
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to drive impact and meet revenue goals
- Highly analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business plans
- Proven track record of delivering successful Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies
- Exceptional project management skills and the ability to manage multiple launches simultaneously
- Experience in team management and coaching
