Head of Corporate Relationships

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Portfolio Directors & Relationship Managers to grow the Corporate portfolio
• Provide credit risk focused relationship management with a commercial edge
• Identify stressed or distressed customers and implement turnaround or workout strategies
• Act as a brand ambassador to enhance business reputation with corporate customers and advisors
• Manage the application and performance of aggregate credit limits (ACLs)
• Introduce and manage annual lending reviews for all corporate customers
• Collaborate with Credit & Portfolio Risk teams to develop risk policies and standards
• Provide regular reporting and analysis on portfolio risks and performance

Requirements

• Leadership experience managing a high-performing corporate lending team
• Lending or underwriting experience across commercial or residential assets
• Relationship management experience
• Strong understanding of risk management principles, credit analytics, and policies
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders to improve customer journeys
• Strong ability to lead and influence key stakeholders
