Head of Corporate IT

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a distributed team of 30-35 IT Administration and Help Desk engineers
• Own the corporate infrastructure strategy, including strategic planning and budgeting for business expansion
• Build a scalable and secure environment, collaborating closely with the Security team on Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• Define and monitor SLA/KPI metrics to drive continuous operational improvements
• Improve operational efficiency by automating manual processes
• Manage relationships with vendors, hardware providers, and external service partners

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, System Administration, or IT Help Desk
• 1+ year of experience managing engineering teams of 20+ people
• Proven experience working in high-availability, high-security international environments
• Expertise in vendor management, budgeting, procurement, and operational planning
• Advanced knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware ESXi, Hyper-V, Proxmox)
• Strong understanding of networking, security architecture, and ITSM methodologies
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency for stakeholder management and documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in FinTech, Trading, or high-load environments
• Experience with Zero Trust architecture and modern IAM approaches
• Scripting or programming experience (Python/Bash)
