Head of Corporate Engineering

Responsibilities

• Secure the enterprise by hardening cloud environments, secret management, and SaaS environments
• Build and scale cloud infrastructure including provisioning, SRE services, and Infrastructure as Code
• Manage cloud budgets, vendor relationships, and cost optimization initiatives
• Partner with R&D to manage and scale engineering tools like GitHub, Jira, and Atlassian
• Drive endpoint engineering through automation, zero-touch deployment, and security policy enforcement
• Manage collaboration tools including Gmail, Slack, and Moveworks to ensure high employee productivity
• Oversee Identity & Access Management (IAM) and ensure compliance with FedRAMP, PCI, and other standards

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing cloud infrastructure at large enterprises
• Extensive experience with AWS; experience with GCP or Azure is a plus
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting and debugging production environments
• Experience managing DevOps/SRE practices, Agile development, and Infrastructure as Code
• Proven track record leading senior professionals in a remote, distributed team environment
• Deep understanding of cloud-native technologies and collaboration tool configurations
