Responsibilities

• Map company business processes in collaboration with department heads
• Develop a system of control points based on risk levels
• Integrate control mechanisms into regulations, job descriptions, and information systems
• Organize scheduled and unscheduled audits of control procedure execution
• Identify violations, determine root causes, and monitor corrective actions
• Develop the "first line of defense" model through employee training and consultation
• Prepare analytical reports on control compliance and risk areas

Requirements

• Experience in building or optimizing business processes, internal control, or operational audit
• Systematic and analytical thinking skills
• Understanding of internal control principles and the "first line of defense" model
• Strong communication skills to interact with various business units
• High attention to detail and result orientation
