About the Company

Sphinx builds AI analysts that work inside browsers, APIs, and internal systems to automate AML, KYC, KYB, and transaction monitoring. We help banks and fintechs eliminate 90% of manual work and cut compliance costs by 4x.

Responsibilities

• Build Sphinx's content engine from zero, defining strategy and ownership of the content calendar
• Create systems for consistent publishing across blog, social, newsletter, podcast, video, and physical campaigns
• Write long-form blog posts and thought leadership to position Sphinx as an industry authority
• Produce video and podcast content to bring the team and customers to life
• Design physical outreach including billboards and event collateral
• Collaborate with engineering, product, sales, and leadership to extract and share stories
• Partner with the GTM team to ensure content drives real pipeline

Requirements

• Exceptional storytelling skills across multiple formats (text, video, audio, physical)
• Proven experience building a content function or engine from the ground up
• Deep understanding of B2B and enterprise audiences, specifically compliance and fintech sectors
• Ability to manage production across various formats and deliver on schedule
• Data-informed approach to tracking and improving content performance
• High level of taste and attention to detail in headlines, pacing, and visual identity
