Head of Content/Growth

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the global content strategy across all platforms including social media, YouTube, and newsletters
• Position 8lab as the absolute authority in French-speaking e-commerce education
• Oversee the production of high-value content such as video scripts, carousels, threads, and long-form YouTube content
• Structure production processes, workflows, and standards to industrialize content creation
• Recruit, manage, and develop a creative team consisting of copywriters, video editors, and social media specialists
• Define and track key performance indicators including reach, engagement, conversion, and attributed revenue
• Analyze performance data to continuously optimize the growth strategy
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align content with business objectives

Requirements

• Proven experience in content strategy, editorial direction, or content marketing (ideally in Education, SaaS, or E-commerce)
• A demonstrable track record of growth with quantifiable results (audience growth, leads, or revenue)
• Strong knowledge of the e-commerce ecosystem
• Experience managing creative teams (design, copy, video, social media)
• A growth-oriented mindset that views content as a primary lever for business scaling
• Mastery of strategic platforms including X/Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Data-driven approach with a focus on performance and results
• Natural leadership skills with the ability to build and scale production processes
