Head of Content

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy reflecting the Florida Panthers brand
• Partner with Creative Director and VP of Digital Marketing for strategic alignment
• Own all video production for game presentation including show opens and hype videos
• Lead the creation of original digital-first content across social, web, and mobile platforms
• Use data and analytics to drive performance and inform creative decisions
• Build and develop a high-performing team of producers, editors, and shooters
• Manage budgets, staffing, workflows, and production calendars
• Oversee equipment, software, and production systems

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience in video production and content development
• High-level video editing expertise with proficiency in industry-standard platforms
• Deep experience producing large-scale show opens and premium content
• Proven ability to lead creative teams
• Sharp understanding of digital content trends and fan engagement
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
