Responsibilities

• Own the consolidation program by designing and running multi-entity, multi-currency processes in Workday
• Architect a group-level intercompany framework including elimination logic and transaction-flow documentation
• Design and implement a scalable allocation model across the organization
• Advise on corporate structure, partnering with tax and legal on optimal transaction flows
• Streamline intercompany operations and automate cost-allocation processes
• Partner with tax on transfer-pricing and treasury on FX policy and payment flows
• Build and lead the consolidation and intercompany team

Requirements

• End-to-end ownership of multi-entity, multi-currency consolidation close at scale
• Experience building repeatable intercompany frameworks from scratch
• Proven track record of building structure in ambiguous environments
• Ability to operate as a player-coach, codifying processes via SOPs while hiring a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Workday Financial Consolidation or major ERP implementation experience
• Experience partnering with tax on transfer pricing and treasury on FX policy
• Experience integrating entities during acquisition-heavy periods
