Head of Consolidation

Responsibilities

• Define, organize, and lead the statutory consolidation process in coordination with Accounting, Group Controlling, Tax, and Treasury teams
• Plan closing operations including schedule preparation and monitoring
• Ensure production of Group's consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards
• Manage consolidation of Group accounts during monthly and annual closings
• Calculate and monitor consolidation entries regarding M&A operations
• Supervise the intercompany reconciliation process
• Conduct monthly reviews of transverse analyses such as Working Capital, Cash Flow, and Equity
• Perform controls to ensure data reliability and maintain internal control environments
• Serve as the primary point of contact for External Auditors

Requirements

• 10-12 years of experience in Group Consolidation (Corporate Center or Big 4 Audit)
• Proven technical expertise in international consolidation and reporting
• Experience with HFM (Hyperion), SAP FC (BFC), OneStream, or Tagetik
• Experience working in an international environment with global entities
• Chartered Accountant, CPA, ACCA, or MBA in Finance from a top-tier institute
• Strong ability to work cross-functionally and lead meetings in English
• Ability to work in fast-growing, agile environments
