About the Company

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow cross-platform online communities including X, Reddit, WhatsApp, and Discord
• Create, curate, and produce community content such as live streams, online resources, and social posts
• Scale community support and moderation infrastructure using CRM and support ticketing systems
• Coordinate and run in-person community events and meetups
• Collect and synthesize community feedback to influence product development
• Serve as a public ambassador and figurehead for UGLYCASH

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in technology and crypto
• Experience leading and growing a community
• Experience scaling and operationalizing customer success systems
• Operational experience in a crypto startup or project
• Experience managing and growing a team
• Very active on social media with an existing following
• Deep connectivity and understanding of the crypto ecosystem
• Exceptional communication skills for public speaking and hosting live events
• Strong operational, project management, and organizational skills
• Located in the United States and willing to move to San Francisco after hire
