Head of Communications, MENA & APAC

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the communications strategy for the MENA and APAC regions to achieve measurable business objectives
• Maintain the external narrative in partnership with regional leadership and General Managers
• Lead and mentor a team of communications and media specialists across multiple markets
• Execute audience-led strategies targeting advertisers, agencies, parents, policymakers, and users
• Manage agency partner relationships to ensure consistent coverage and brand alignment
• Serve as a primary spokesperson and build strong relationships with top-tier media and influencers
• Prepare executives for thought leadership opportunities, media interviews, and speaking engagements
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Brand, and Talent teams

Requirements

• 12+ years of relevant communications experience
• Deep understanding of the media landscape across MENA and APAC, including business and trade media
• Proven experience in B2B communications and managing multidisciplinary programs
• Expertise in stakeholder management and working cross-functionally in a global environment
• Experience managing external agencies and partners
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
