Head of Communications, Division Food & Pharma

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the divisional communications strategy aligned with business priorities and organizational transformation.
• Strengthen the division’s positioning, visibility, and reputation across key external and internal stakeholder groups.
• Act as a strategic communications advisor to the VP Marketing and divisional management team.
• Lead divisional trade media relations, PR activities, and stakeholder engagement.
• Oversee internal communication initiatives to strengthen employee engagement and alignment with business priorities.
• Lead divisional crisis communication preparedness and executive messaging.
• Manage communication budgets, external agencies, and internal team development.

Requirements

• Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in corporate communications, PR, or brand management.
• Proven experience working successfully within a global matrix organization.
• Demonstrated experience in change communication and supporting organizational transformation.
• Extensive experience in crisis communication and executive communications.
• Strong storytelling, messaging, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Global experience in the food, pharma, or process technology industries.
• Experience managing multi-dimensional, cross-functional communication programs.
