Head of Communications

Responsibilities

• Lead the holistic strategic direction and development of corporate, consumer, and internal communications
• Provide strategic advisory and positioning for the Management Board and Senior Leadership Team
• Develop and manage integrated communication strategies across all relevant channels and stakeholders
• Oversee press and media relations and build key stakeholder relationships
• Manage company-wide crisis communications and critical situation responses
• Drive the PR-driven execution of major company events, such as fashion shows
• Ensure quality assurance for all key communication content, including press materials and executive communications

Requirements

• Several years of comprehensive experience in corporate, consumer, and internal communications
• Proven track record in strategic advisory for C-level or top management
• Extensive experience managing press and media relations and complex communication initiatives
• Experience working effectively within matrix organizations
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with high conceptual strength and execution focus
• Business fluency in both German and English
