Head of Commercial

Responsibilities

• Own metro and site level P&Ls and customer metrics including GMV, fleet utilization, and customer growth
• Build healthy, liquid marketplaces measured by utilization and retention
• Lead regional sales and local partnerships to activate enterprise partner stores
• Execute local go-to-market strategies, community engagement, and brand activations
• Align expansion priorities with maintenance and operations for capacity planning
• Aggregate demand signals to support company-level forecasting
• Run experiments to launch new use cases such as prescriptions or retail pilots
• Partner with HQ teams in Marketing, Analytics, and Tech to execute market strategy
• Serve as the external face of Zipline for customers, partners, and regulators in the region

Requirements

• Commercial, sales, or business leadership experience with P&L ownership
• Proven ability to scale a business from launch through growth in complex environments
• Deep commercial acumen and ability to translate market insight into growth plans
• Experience collaborating with product and platform teams
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills across operations and marketing
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Entrepreneurial and analytical mindset
• Must be based in the Phoenix metro area
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
