Head of Commercial, Strategy & Execution for Immunology Portfolio

Responsibilities

• Serve as the commercial lead for GB-0895, owning the integrated commercial strategy and ensuring the asset is developed with a clear view of market opportunity and patient needs
• Lead development and refinement of a multi-year commercialization roadmap for GB-0895
• Build and maintain a robust competitive intelligence process across immunology
• Partner with Clinical Development, Regulatory, and Technical teams to incorporate commercial insights into development plans
• Work with executive leadership to implement the commercial operating model, including team structure and resourcing
• Lead market workstreams such as landscape assessments, segmentation, forecasting, and pricing/access considerations
• Collaborate with Finance and Strategy to support long-range planning and portfolio prioritization
• Represent the commercial perspective in governance forums and senior leadership reviews

Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant pharmaceutical commercial experience, including time in a smaller biotechnology company
• Substantial experience in commercial strategy, new product planning, launch preparation, or marketing
• Deep experience in immunology commercialization and the treatment landscape
• Demonstrated track record of shaping strategy for development-stage or early-launch assets
• Experience leading major cross-functional initiatives across clinical, regulatory, and finance stakeholders
• Strong strategic problem-solving skills in market assessment and scenario planning
• Experience building commercial capabilities or standing up new processes in high-growth environments
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred
