Head of Commercial Sales

Responsibilities

• Execute the Indirect Commercial Sales strategy to meet and exceed department quotas, KPIs, and OKRs
• Identify and develop high-value business opportunities through new partnerships and dealer networks
• Evaluate business metrics and sales activities daily to forecast revenue and optimize profitability
• Oversee the negotiation, execution, and maintenance of major commercial contracts and the property lifecycle
• Recruit, build, and mentor a high-performing commercial sales and account management organization
• Partner with engineering, operations, finance, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product delivery and B2B campaign optimization

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
• 10 years of experience in indirect channel sales, partner management, B2B sales, or commercial property sales
• 5 years of experience in a formal people leadership role
• Proven experience managing the property lifecycle, including contract negotiation and renewals
• Strong financial and analytical acumen to drive actionable sales playbooks
• AI literacy to leverage advanced sales analytics and predictive data models
