Head of Commercial Finance

Responsibilities

• Own the brand P&L and drive performance in a high-volume trading environment
• Act as a key partner to the Brand CEO and leadership team to influence decisions
• Deliver daily and weekly reporting to enable rapid decision-making
• Translate data into actionable insights for Trading, Product, and Marketing teams
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning
• Maintain control of costs, working capital, stock flow, and cash impact
• Drive improvements in automation, data quality, and reporting speed

Requirements

• Fully qualified (ACA, CIMA, or ACCA)
• Significant finance experience in retail, e-commerce, or fast-paced consumer environments
• Proven experience working closely with trading teams to influence commercial decisions
• Deep understanding of financial control, reporting, and performance analysis
• Strong systems capability including BI tools and reporting automation
• Advanced Excel skills and a highly analytical mindset
