Responsibilities

• Establish and own a heightened governance structure for bank-grade compliance (FDCPA, FCRA, UDAAP)
• Partner with Legal and Compliance to translate regulations into operational flexibility
• Re-architect planning, operational, and management processes for auditable workflows
• Lead the migration from traditional agent-led collections toward AI agent-assisted interfaces
• Own the Net Recovery Rate KPI and report metrics to the executive team and capital partners
• Act as the primary business owner for Decision Science and ML Engineering teams to optimize customer interactions

Requirements

• 10+ years in credit, collections, or risk management within regulated FinTech or banking
• Deep practical expertise in consumer finance regulations and bank-grade audits
• Strong technical acumen regarding lifetime value, causal effects, and data-driven financial outcomes
• Proven track record of leading digital transformation and automated, digital-first environments
• Ability to move between high-level policy definition and tactical execution
