We are the first vertically integrated, AI-powered platform that unites ordering, telehealth, prescriptions, insurance, and fulfillment into one seamless experience.

Responsibilities

• Own clinical service operations end to end, including clinician supply, capacity, scheduling, and care delivery performance
• Build the recruiting, credentialing, and licensing engine to scale the clinician workforce across multiple states
• Develop and oversee clinical quality, including SOPs, documentation standards, and medical-necessity rigor
• Design, pilot, and scale longitudinal care programs including eligibility, consent, and billing
• Build and lead teams across clinical providers, care management, and clinical HR
• Own the clinical P&L and optimize staffing models to transition to a proprietary operating model
• Define and monitor operational and clinical KPIs to drive quality, access, and profitability

Requirements

• 8+ years in clinical operations, including senior leadership experience
• Experience building within a startup environment
• Experience leading provider recruiting at scale or running a high-volume telehealth practice
• Experience operating within a health system, payer, or highly regulated organization
• Proven track record of scaling a multi-state clinician workforce, including licensing and credentialing
• Experience standing up clinical quality and compliance programs from scratch
• Ability to own a P&L and thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments

Preferred Qualifications

• DME / HME, home-based, or post-acute care experience
• Clinical license (RN / NP) or clinical training
• Hands-on experience with headless EMRs
• Experience reporting directly to founders
