Head of Clinical

Responsibilities

• Own the care model and run the care team, defining how Hera keeps clients safely at home
• Partner with engineering to encode clinical judgment into the AI platform
• Define and shape the new category of longitudinal care management
• Act as the medical director of record and oversee clinical supervisors and Heroes
• Maintain clinical quality across virtual, home-based, and hybrid care models

Requirements

• MD required, board certified in internal medicine, geriatrics, or family medicine
• 7+ years of experience caring for complex, high-acuity patients
• 5+ years of experience leading clinical teams and owning outcomes
• Experience building or running virtual, home-based, or hybrid care models
• Active, unrestricted medical license
• Ability to obtain licensure in additional states

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in Geriatrics
• Experience at a tech-forward healthcare company
• Based in or willing to relocate to NYC
