Responsibilities

• Lead the definition and continuous refinement of Target Product Profiles (TPPs) for all early-stage assets
• Establish clear, stage-gated clinical and pre-clinical success criteria for every program in the pipeline
• Act as the lead clinical representative with pharmaceutical partners to co-develop and refine TPPs
• Identify, build, and maintain deep relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and clinical experts
• Represent clinical strategy to external stakeholders, including institutional investors, partners, and regulatory agencies
• Partner with the CTO and technical platform teams to ensure AI outputs are informed by clinical constraints

Requirements

• MD or PhD required (MD/PhD preferred)
• 5+ years of strategic clinical development experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in early-stage, fast-paced environments
• Strong foundational understanding of targeted therapeutics
• Proven track record of developing TPPs and shaping early-stage pipeline strategy
• Ability to communicate complex scientific concepts to diverse audiences including ML engineers and investors

Preferred Qualifications

• Specific experience with RNAi/siRNA or advanced drug delivery modalities
• Experience across therapeutic areas such as fibrosis, immunology, neurology, or cardiometabolic disease
