About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product leadership and delivery for the Client Technology business stream, focusing on client engagement products and platforms.
- Define and communicate strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business priorities, including budgeting and investment planning.
- Drive continuous product discovery, defining problem statements, user personas, and value propositions for client engagement journeys.
- Own prioritization and trade-off decisions using transparent frameworks to balance revenue, risk, compliance, and technical debt.
- Manage a cross-functional operating model across Development and Application Support teams to ensure continuous delivery and iteration.
- Track and report product OKRs and KPIs, such as client adoption, engagement, and cross-sell workflow efficiency.
- Oversee the delivery of major initiatives, ensuring they are on time, on budget, and meet quality and security standards.
- Act as a senior technology partner to business stakeholders to secure alignment and adoption of technology initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering Client Engagement and Cross-Selling technology within a financial institution.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce and Agile product development methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of derivatives and clearing environments, including vendor platforms.
- Experience in vendor and third-party delivery management.
- Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end trade lifecycle.
- Background working within regulated financial services environments with knowledge of risk and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency with cloud technologies, Microsoft platforms, and modern deployment models.
- Broad asset class knowledge, with experience in commodities preferred.
