Head of Client Team

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, overseeing onboarding and strategic project alignment.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 6 client service professionals to foster a high-performance culture.
• Oversee 15+ concurrent projects involving social media management, campaign management, and video production.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and KPIs to ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
• Develop annual capacity plans and design detailed operational workflows and communication protocols.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with production, content, finance, and procurement teams.
• Manage financial oversight, including invoicing, budget tracking, and cost alignment with client agreements.
• Identify talent gaps and participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.

Requirements

• Proven experience in client services, project management, or a similar senior leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Financial literacy with experience managing project budgets and financial reporting.
• Proficiency with project management tools and performance tracking systems.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and client-focused environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in strategic planning and creative project oversight.
• Background in managing content or creative production workflows.
