Head of Client Success - Sustainability Solutions

Responsibilities

• Own client retention by executing a global strategy for renewals and risk mitigation
• Define success metrics and establish an operating cadence using Salesforce dashboards
• Lead the "Voice of the Client" program to prioritize product and research enhancements
• Build and develop a high-performing global team through coaching and career pathing
• Serve as an executive sponsor for Tier 1 strategic clients and lead complex escalations
• Partner with Sales to identify and convert client insights into expansion opportunities

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in client-facing roles, including senior leadership in Client Success or Account Management
• Strong domain expertise in capital markets, sustainable investing, and stewardship workflows
• Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills for C-level engagement
• Proven operational rigor with proficiency in Salesforce or equivalent CRM and customer success tooling
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs from design to delivery
• Entrepreneurial and outcomes-driven leadership style with a coaching mindset
