We are part of United Media, which focuses on building large scale industry media and conferences products.

Responsibilities

• Manage, grow, and mentor the client success team to foster a collaborative and innovative environment
• Onboard new clients, manage the delivery process, and report performance
• Implement people management best practices to scale and internationalize functions
• Build and harmonize cross-departmental processes to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Take a product-led approach to creating an incredible end-to-end user journey
• Enable exponential growth by focusing on customer success

Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Proven track record of scaling client success, operations, or sales functions in a startup
• Strong project management, process creation, and prioritization skills
• Experience in client success or business operations
• Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
• Proven success in applying automation to scale operations
• Passion for coaching, mentoring, and building high-performing cultures
