Head of Client Delivery

Responsibilities

• Own senior-level client relationships across a portfolio of enterprise accounts
• Lead and develop a team of Solutions Engineers and Implementation specialists
• Drive fast time-to-value for implementations and act as an escalation point for complex challenges
• Partner with Sales on expansions, renewals, and new account onboarding
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Finance to define and scale delivery processes
• Manage team performance, growth plans, and a culture of accountability

Requirements

• 10+ years in client-facing roles such as Customer Success, Implementation, or Solutions Engineering
• 3+ years of experience managing a team and developing people
• Proven track record of owning complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise implementations
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Technical literacy with APIs, JSON, and data concepts
• Deep exposure to enterprise CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot
• Ability to work onsite in London and accommodate evening calls for US-based clients

Benefits

• Base salary of £115,000 – £140,000 plus equity
