Head of Client Data Solutions

Responsibilities

• Set and drive the global strategy for client data, business intelligence, and decision intelligence capabilities
• Develop a "Client 360" view by aggregating fragmented data sources including client hierarchies, holdings, and activity
• Lead a globally distributed team of analytics engineers, data scientists, and BI developers
• Define the technical toolset for client intelligence, including data science, knowledge graphs, and generative AI workflows
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate strategic questions into actionable analytical products and dashboards
• Establish KPIs to measure the commercial impact of data insights, such as pipeline growth and client retention
• Drive innovation through AI engineering, including agentic frameworks and generative interfaces

Requirements

• 8–15 years of experience in analytics, analytics engineering, BI, or data engineering within a large, complex environment
• Deep domain expertise in the asset management distribution landscape
• Proven experience owning end-to-end client analytical products from data modeling to stakeholder delivery
• Demonstrated leadership experience building, mentoring, and scaling global teams
• Strong technical fluency in AI, ML, and GenAI, including the ability to apply these technologies in a business context
• Experience working cross-functionally with senior executives and managing complex stakeholder relationships
• Proficiency with technical ecosystems including CRM, CDP, MDM, and Marketing Automation platforms
