8Fleet is a rapidly growing LA-based technology and logistics startup building the operational infrastructure for both autonomous and non-autonomous rideshare fleets.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale Central Operations across all markets, including systems, workflows, and tooling
• Build scalable onboarding systems for driver growth leveraging automation and AI
• Design and manage a scalable driver support organization and operating model
• Oversee safety operations, claims processes, and insurance coordination
• Manage vehicle infleeting, registrations, and operational readiness to improve fleet uptime
• Develop repeatable launch playbooks for new market expansion
• Identify and automate manual workflows using AI tools to maximize operational leverage
• Manage and develop a high-performing team while partnering with Product, Engineering, and Finance

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in operations, logistics, marketplace operations, or customer operations
• Proven track record of building and scaling operational systems in fast-paced environments
• Strong process design and operational problem-solving capabilities
• Deep interest in automation, AI tooling, and operational leverage
• Strong analytical and KPI-driven mindset
• Experience working cross-functionally in high-growth environments
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and build processes from scratch
• Hands-on mentality with the ability to balance strategic perspective and operational detail
