Head of Capital Solutions, APAC

Responsibilities

• Lead investor relations and fundraising efforts across the APAC region to drive strategic partnerships.
• Nurture and develop long-term relationships with institutional investors, including sovereign wealth funds, family offices, and venture capital firms.
• Identify and drive investment opportunities for Flagship’s Global Funds and direct investments into portfolio companies.
• Facilitate dialogue between the APAC institutional investor community and relevant Flagship team members.
• Partner with the APAC leadership team in Singapore, Japan, and Korea to implement strategic plans for regional presence and capital raising.
• Organize and host investor-related engagement activities, such as briefings, presentations, and events, to promote Flagship's value proposition.

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in capital formation, investment banking, private equity, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful fundraising and investment management within the Asia-Pacific region.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain high-level relationships with institutional investors in APAC.
• Deep understanding of the APAC investment landscape and key regional players.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed, and collaborative organizational structure.
