About the Company

Blue Energy’s mission is to unlock energy abundance, energy affordability, energy security, and turn-key decarbonization by developing the fastest path to deploying new nuclear MWs at scale. We are utilizing shipyard manufacturing supply chains and techniques from offshore oil and wind to reduce the cost of nuclear plants and manufacturing timelines.

Responsibilities

• Own the company's capital markets strategy, advising the CEO and CFO on capital structure and financing sequencing.
• Lead origination, structuring, and execution of corporate equity raises from Series C and beyond.
• Manage the investor relations function, including shareholder register composition and institutional communications.
• Build and maintain relationships with infrastructure funds, pension funds, SWFs, and family offices.
• Lead the strategic programme to prepare for public market entry and IPO readiness.
• Manage public market disclosure obligations, including prospectus filings and SEC compliance.
• Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and CFO on M&A and corporate structure decisions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in capital markets, ECM/M&A investment banking, infrastructure, or project finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Engineering, or a quantitative discipline.
• Demonstrable track record of leading or advising on closed equity transactions (private rounds and IPOs).
• Direct experience executing or advising on infrastructure or energy IPOs on the NYSE.
• Hands-on experience managing institutional investor relationships and materials preparation.
• Direct exposure to project finance processes and bankability concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a growth-stage infrastructure, energy, or real assets company.
• Existing relationships within the infrastructure, energy transition, or growth equity institutional investor community.
• CFA or MBA preferred.
