Head of Canada- Global Technology and Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead the Canadian Global Technology & Operations (GTO) business with full accountability for revenue, profitability, and growth.
• Develop and execute market strategies to expand within existing client bases and identify new growth opportunities in Canada.
• Manage senior executive relationships with key clients across the Canadian banking, dealer, wealth, and capital markets sectors.
• Oversee major client initiatives, business transformation programs, and operating model improvements.
• Partner with enterprise leaders across product, sales, finance, and HR to align investment and go-to-market priorities.
• Drive the development of a high-performing leadership team and a strong organizational culture.

Requirements

• Significant senior leadership experience in banking, fintech, wealth management, or capital markets.
• Proven P&L leadership experience managing a large business unit or platform.
• Demonstrated track record of program execution, business transformation, and achieving financial targets.
• Deep familiarity with the Canadian financial services landscape and the priorities of major financial institutions.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to build relationships at the C-suite level.
• Bachelor's degree is required.

• Established professional relationships across the Canadian financial services sector.
• Experience operating within highly regulated and operationally complex environments.
• Advanced degree.
