Head of Buying - Accessories

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy for future collections, ensuring alignment with brand vision and market needs
• Lead the analysis of fashion trends and category performance to drive strategic product development decisions
• Develop, execute, and monitor the buying strategy to achieve category objectives and ensure delivery of key KPIs
• Oversee supplier sourcing and negotiation, building strong partnerships while ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery
• Monitor and react to sales, budget, and stock performance to optimize assortment and maximize profitability

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Fashion, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior buying role
• Strong knowledge of the fashion industry, including markets, materials, and product composition
• Proven experience in team management
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Organized, pragmatic, and proactive mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience specifically within the accessories category
