Head of Business Unit Controlling - OE and Industrial

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic financial co-pilot to Vice Presidents, driving profitability, cash flow, and capital efficiency for the OE and Industrial business units
• Provide holistic financial perspectives by integrating strategic, commercial, and operational drivers
• Drive entrepreneurial performance management using liquidity- and value-focused KPIs such as NWC, FCF, and ROCE
• Lead company-wide process optimization and digitalization initiatives to enhance financial transparency and efficiency
• Oversee legal entity financial performance, including profitability analysis by customer/product and capital allocation
• Ensure compliance with internal control systems and translate headquarters' financial requirements into effective regional strategies
• Lead, develop, and inspire the Business Unit Controlling organization through active coaching and succession planning

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in finance or controlling
• Proven leadership experience with direct people management responsibility
• Experience working within a global, matrixed, and multicultural organization
• Advanced SAP expertise and advanced MS Excel proficiency
• Strong analytical, business partnering, and influencing capabilities
• Willingness to travel approximately 10%
