Head of Business Process Excellence

Responsibilities

• Shape the future of the Idea-to-Product organization by defining a long-term vision for business processes and digital capabilities
• Act as a visionary for integrating AI opportunities throughout the value chain
• Document current workflows to identify optimization potential and develop a "Northstar" setup for future ways of working
• Partner with the Technology team as the primary business owner to design and align advanced business capabilities
• Lead the business architecture team, taking responsibility for mapping, scaling, and structuring organizational capabilities
• Act as a strategic sparring partner for the Senior Leadership Team across Product Strategy, Innovation, Design, Development, and Sourcing
• Coordinate training programs to drive user adoption of new tools and capabilities

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business process management, digital transformation, or operational excellence
• Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams (5+ direct reports preferred)
• Deep understanding of the product development value chain (Idea-to-Product)
• Experience within the Apparel, Accessories, or Footwear industries preferred
• Technical affinity with a data-informed mindset to evaluate AI opportunities and shape technology roadmaps
• Exceptional communication skills with experience influencing C-suite and Senior Leadership Teams
• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
