Head of Business Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale operations across human resources, recruiting, facilities, office administration, and security teams
• Optimize operational processes to support rapid growth and security requirements
• Oversee recruitment and development of high-performing, cross-functional teams
• Manage physical office spaces and the operationalization of secure facilities
• Ensure compliance with defense-related regulations and government security standards
• Implement tools for tracking operational metrics to drive data-driven decision making
• Align operational strategy with executive growth goals and product development

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business operations
• Experience in defense or technology industries
• Proven track record of scaling operations in a fast-growing startup
• Experience managing multi-location facilities and rapid headcount growth
• Strong understanding of defense-related security requirements and regulations
• Demonstrated leadership of diverse, cross-functional teams
• U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Residence required
