Responsibilities

• Build and manage a lean team of Business Operations generalists across GTM, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Product
• Identify high-leverage business problems and drive cross-functional initiatives to solve them
• Set the operating rhythm for the business, including company planning cadences and leadership meetings
• Define and manage key KPI reporting and prepare for board meetings
• Partner with Finance and RevOps to turn data into actionable executive insights
• Stand up new functions and roles as the company scales

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with a foundation in management consulting, investment banking, PE, or VC
• Meaningful experience inside a high-growth startup
• Proven track record of owning ambiguous, cross-functional problems end-to-end
• Experience hiring, managing, and developing a team
• Exceptional ability to draw insights from quantitative and qualitative data
• Structured thinker with strong communication skills
• High degree of agency and autonomy
• Aggressive use of AI as a force multiplier in daily work
