About the role

Responsibilities

  • Hire and develop a BD team and establish methodology and cadence
  • Maintain active relationships across the full customer surface
  • Design regular check-in rhythms to monitor market trends
  • Identify customers ready for deeper engagement and hand them off to the Adoption team
  • Synthesize BD observations into regular summaries to inform commercial strategy
  • Lead partnership development with industry and category leaders in the AI infrastructure ecosystem

Requirements

  • 10+ years of BD, sales, or partnerships experience
  • Experience at a high-growth technology company
  • Proven track record building teams and systems from scratch
  • Strong commercial instincts and organizational skills
  • Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in Palo Alto

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in developer tools, infrastructure, or deep tech
