Head of Business Development, OMS, Asia Pacific

Responsibilities

• Lead and own the strategic growth agenda for Order Management Solutions (OMS) and Ocean Carrier Management (OCM) across the Asia Pacific region
• Drive new business development and organic growth through strategic planning and stakeholder engagement
• Manage and develop the regional business development team, fostering a culture of respect and results
• Align regional sales objectives with global strategy to ensure consistent execution and performance
• Provide strategic direction to account development teams and regional countries to strengthen customer retention
• Champion network-wide sales engagement, training, and product innovation in partnership with Business Solutions
• Deliver on regional growth targets through cross-functional leadership and complex deal management

Requirements

• Degree or higher in supply chain, logistics, or a business-related field
• 8+ years of relevant experience in the logistics and supply chain industry
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and senior customer relationships
• Advanced understanding of freight forwarding, warehousing, and consolidation
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change
• Deep understanding of supply chain/logistics TMS systems and digital solutions is a plus
