Responsibilities

• Define and lead the hard franchise expansion strategy
• Support the development of a scalable value proposition and operating model
• Validate real estate partners and associated contractual frameworks
• Accountable for acquisition targets and key business model parameters
• Define CAPEX budget and monitor investment costs for individual stores
• Define franchise agreements and partnership terms and conditions

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of business scaling models and organizational structures
• Proven executive-level leadership in multi-region growth programs
• Solid understanding of the convenience retail sector
• Experience designing new retail formats and brand concepts
