Responsibilities

• Set partnership strategy by defining Meshy's approach and building a credible presence in key spaces
• Identify, pitch, and close marquee collaborations with category-leading brands, platforms, and IP holders
• Structure creative partnership models including co-branded experiences and product integrations
• Orchestrate high-impact joint go-to-market initiatives and co-marketing campaigns
• Develop the BD playbook, pipeline, and operating rhythm
• Recruit and lead a growing business development team

Requirements

• 7+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, or brand/IP collaborations
• Proven track record of landing and growing partnerships with well-known brands or IP
• Existing relationships with brand and IP decision-makers
• Ability to set high-level strategy and personally drive deals to close
• Global mindset with experience building partnerships across major markets
