Head of Business Development, Data Center Practice

Responsibilities

• Own the full commercial motion for the Data Center practice, from pipeline generation through close and expansion
• Define and execute a go-to-market strategy targeting hyperscalers, co-location providers, and OEM hardware manufacturers
• Build, hire, and lead a high-performing sales team as the practice scales
• Establish revenue goals and quotas while monitoring key performance metrics
• Partner with operations and product teams to design mission-critical logistics solutions
• Act as a subject-matter authority for the data center logistics industry at events and in senior customer conversations

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience, including selling complex, high-value logistics or supply chain solutions
• Deep familiarity with the data center, hyperscaler, or critical infrastructure ecosystem
• Proven track record as a top-performing individual contributor and early-stage team builder
• Strong consultative selling skills with experience navigating multi-stakeholder deals
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build trust with C-suite executives
• Strong analytical and commercial judgment for pipeline management and forecasting
