Head of Brokerage

Responsibilities

• Lead dealing desk operations, including trade execution, order management, and pricing accuracy across FX, indices, commodities, equities, and crypto CFDs
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of dealers providing 24/5 coverage
• Design and implement the firm's execution model, managing routing logic and flow allocation in collaboration with Risk Management
• Oversee the trading technology stack, including MT4/MT5, cTrader, bridges, aggregators, and pricing engines
• Manage liquidity provider relationships, connectivity, and pricing feeds
• Own the dealing desk P&L, tracking revenue, spread capture, execution quality, and hedging costs
• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and best execution obligations

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in a dealing desk or brokerage environment
• At least 3 years of experience in a senior leadership role
• Deep understanding of CFD execution models, flow management, and liquidity aggregation
• Hands-on experience with MT5 bridge configuration, pricing engines, and trade execution platforms
• Strong knowledge of FX, indices, commodities, and equity CFD markets
• Experience working within regulated environments such as CySEC, FCA, or ASIC
• Proven track record of managing and developing professional dealing teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building a dealing desk from the ground up
• Familiarity with proprietary trading platforms or custom execution solutions
• Strong knowledge of risk management principles and hedging strategies
• Experience with crypto CFD execution
