Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and coach a high-performing regional commercial team from the ground up
• Own revenue, forecasting, and the commercial operating model for the Brazilian market
• Lead regional marketing functions, including brand presence and field events
• Oversee customer satisfaction, deployment, retention, and expansion revenue
• Act as the primary commercial voice to influence the global product roadmap based on Brazilian market needs
• Spend significant time in the field working alongside farmers and ranchers to model best practices
• Establish regional commercial rhythms and communication cadences

Requirements

• Proven commercial leadership experience across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
• Track record of scaling revenue and managing teams through rapid growth
• Experience translating field insights into concrete product requirements
• Strong analytical and commercial judgment with expertise in sales methodology and forecasting
• Ability to lead from the front with a field-first, customer-centric approach
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Deep familiarity with the Brazilian farming culture and business environment
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and work at a fast pace

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing or overhauling commercial operating rhythms
• Experience in product-market fit transitions
