Head of Brand and Content

Responsibilities

• Own brand, content, and creative strategy in alignment with company priorities and target audiences
• Lead, implement, and scale a multi-format content engine to drive awareness and reach across global markets
• Manage the global content calendar and integrated quarterly campaign motions
• Oversee brand awareness and sponsorship campaigns to shape perception in existing and new markets
• Establish playbooks, templates, and frameworks to ensure consistency and scale across all touchpoints
• Build, lead, and mentor a team of creative professionals, including writers, editors, and designers

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in content strategy, brand, or integrated marketing within a B2B SaaS environment
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role managing creative teams
• Proven track record of developing and executing content strategies that drive thought leadership and engagement
• Experience managing brand and visual identity across multiple channels
• Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, PR, and GTM teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the financial services industry or marketing to financial professionals
• Experience building and scaling teams from the ground up
• Proficiency in implementing AI tools to enhance creative workflows
