Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and coach a team of 5-8 Business Development Leads and a total department of 70 BDRs
- Focus on career growth and development of individual contributors and managers
- Maintain a high-performance, metrics-driven, and supportive culture
- Audit and optimize the lead generation and pipeline process to increase conversion rates and productivity
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Product, HR, and Finance to align BDR strategy with business objectives
- Manage KPIs and metrics to drive strategic decisions and operational improvements
Requirements
- 3+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in a high-growth SaaS/technology environment
- Deep expertise in BDR best practices, pipeline generation methodologies, and sales technologies
- Exceptional collaboration skills with executive stakeholders
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to lead and motivate large, multi-layered organizations
