Head of Auto Operations

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the insurance policy issuance process for the automotive sector to ensure full compliance.
• Distribute workload and supervise team performance to maximize productivity and service levels.
• Implement and monitor KPIs and control dashboards to guarantee service level agreements (SLAs) for internal and external clients.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and propose new projects to optimize issuance workflows.
• Detect, report, and establish control measures for operational incidents to mitigate compliance risks.
• Manage personnel administration, including vacations, leaves, and training needs.
• Execute and manage staff training programs to standardize operations through workshops and official communication channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in the insurance sector, specifically within issuance departments.
• Experience leading and managing teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, database cross-referencing).
• General knowledge of insurance products and processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Specific experience in the automotive insurance line of business.
