Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and coach a high-performing regional commercial team from the ground up
- Own revenue, forecasting, and the regional commercial operating model
- Lead regional marketing and customer deployment to ensure full adoption and satisfaction
- Act as the primary commercial voice to shape the global product roadmap based on South American farmer needs
- Spend significant time in the field working alongside farmers and ranchers to drive execution
Requirements
- Proven commercial leadership across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Experience translating field insights into concrete product requirements
- Fluency in both Spanish and English
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep familiarity with the farming culture and business environment in Argentina and Uruguay
- Experience scaling revenue through rapid growth phases
- Strong analytical and commercial judgment in fast-paced environments
